About the Book

This anthology emerges from the Young Women Leaders in Public Policy Fellowship (YWLPPF) –Cohort 3.0 as a curated body of work that engages critically with the contemporary policy landscape through a gendered lens. The volume consolidates research essays developed over the course of the fellowship, each grounded in evidence, interdisciplinary perspectives, and the fellows’ evolving understanding of public policy as both a theoretical and applied field.

The chapters address a wide spectrum of governance concerns—including political participation, social protection, economic agency, digital transformation, environmental decision-making, and international affairs—highlighting the multidimensional nature of gender in policy processes.
