About the Author

Mr Sameer Unhale is the Visiting Senior Fellow at IMPRI Impact and Policy Research Institute, New Delhi. He is a Joint Commissioner, Department of Municipal Administration, Government of Maharashtra; and Urban Practitioner. He has also worked as Municipal Commissioner on multiple occasions, CEO of Smart City, and the State Mission Director of Central Urban Mission in Maharashtra. Contributed in academic, scientific, and literary domains.
