About the Book

This publication emerges from the Environment Policy and Action Youth Fellowship EPAYF – Cohort 2.0 as a timely response to the growing need for environmentally literate, policy-aware, and critically engaged youth leadership in India. It reflects the fellowship’s commitment to equipping young changemakers with the conceptual tools, participatory frameworks, and interdisciplinary perspectives necessary to address contemporary ecological challenges through justice-centered and community-based approaches.

Drawing from expert-led sessions, interactive learning modules, and the active contributions of the fellows, this book examines the multifaceted dimensions of environmental policy—from climate resilience and waste governance to urban planning, biodiversity conservation, and environmental communication.
